Chris began riding freestyle BMX when he was 12 and the discipline remains one of his foremost passions. However, after tearing both his ACLs and all four menisci during several BMX crashes in high school, he decided to strengthen his legs by doing century rides on a fixed gear bike near his home in central Ohio.
His personal race highlights include winning the open race at the Driveway Series as a Category 3 racer, placing 7th overall in the Wolfpack Hustle fixed gear racing series, and traveling around the country with his friend and teammate Joaquin Najar.
Outside of racing, Chris loves riding BMX, filming and editing videos, following the obscure world of high-end fashion, dabbling in photography, and traveling around the country. He currently works as a salesman at Bicycle Sport Shop.
