Devin Carroll

Devin grew up in the suburbs of Houston where he spent any and all free time riding his black coaster-brake single speed, his weapon of choice for ramp jumping. At the age of 8, he began racing BMX at a national level and climbed the ranks to compete in the Expert BMX category. In TK-year, Devin’s family moved to TK-place, and throughout high school, he dabbled in several other sports including gymnastics, golf, soccer, lacrosse, and baseball.

During his freshman year at Texas A&M Devin rediscovered the bicycle, and won the conference criterium championship in the Men’s C category. It was the first criterium he ever entered. Devin served as an officer for the A&M Cycling team, racing both road and mountain bikes, and in 2006, he was the overall conference champion in mountain biking. However, his love of road cycling and criterium racing eventually led him to join Super Squadra in 2015.

Devin is a Licensed Engineer in the State of Texas and works as a Project Manager for Big Red Dog. He enjoys hiking the South Austin trails with his wife, beautiful daughter, and Vizsla named Bird.
