Jordan made his way to bike racing through his parents sport of choice: triathlon. He ran cross country in high school, riding and swimming enough to avoid drowning when he had time. Additionally, he competed in the obscure sport of kayak polo and was on the U21 national championship team in 2008. Shortly after getting a new bike, and discovering that cycling was trully superior, he started to focus his efforts more towards riding and started racing bikes in 2009.
Jordan has 3 texas state championship medals and won the U23 Texas State TT in 2013. Off the bike, Jordan studies computer science at Texas State Univeristy. In addition to his studies and cycling, he works part time at starbucks, times races and does web development for his Dad’s race timing company.
